Anemones

Anne Hathaway is a terrific actress who takes on a wide range of roles. It’s no surprise then that her favorite flower is the anemone, which comes in a wide range of colors. They are vibrantly colored, delicate, and add brightness and vitality wherever they may be – garden or vase. Different colored anemones take on different meanings. For example, red ones indicate forsaken love, white represents purity, and purple anemones can act as a protection charm.

Lily of the Valley

A graceful and regal actress, Audrey Hepburn’s favorite flower is the equally graceful and regal Lily of the Valley. A fragrant flowering plant with white petals that make a beautiful bell shape, the Lily of the Valley is frequently used in religious ceremonies and celebrations. Symbolizing happiness, good luck, and purity, the Lily of the Valley is a staple in most weddings today. Audrey’s grace and style were evident in her iconic film roles, and her humanitarian work in other countries is also what makes her one of Hollywood’s most beloved actresses.

Katy Perry’s favorite flower is the hydrangea – in particular white and purple hydrangea. With a full head of flowers coming in a variety of colors like pink, green, blue, white, and purple, hydrangeas are loved by many. In some cultures, hydrangeas symbolize arrogance and boastfulness due to the abundance of flower petals but very few seeds. Katy’s love of purple and white, though, symbolize peace, purity, understanding, royalty, and grace – characteristics the Queen of Pop exhibits herself.
